Oktoberfest
The Oktoberfest style originated in Munich, Germany. Originally brewed to celebrate the harvest, this superb style lives on, brewed by Germans and American Craft Brewers to celebrate the arrival of Autumn. This amber lager has an initial malty-sweetness but finishes dry. It has a very clean aroma to showcase the malts that make up this delicious style. Couple that with a moderate bitterness from German hops and we have a celebration in a glass! Prost!
