Brewing beer has been an aspect of civilization for over 5000 years.  The Sumerians first recorded on clay tablets more than 20 varieties of beer, while the Babylonians ruled that any brewer producing unfit beer would be drowned in their own drink.  Following on this honorable tradition, Klamath Basin Brewing uses excellent malts, hops and yeast, many from our region,  to brew its fine ales.  These ingredients, as well as the talent, education and hard work of our head brewer, Corey Zschoche, allows for the production of our wonderful brews.  We welcome your interest in our beers, and invite you to enjoy them!
